• Pre-Milling –The corrugations, burrs, or non-perpendicular phenomena caused by the board saw or slitting saw are subsequently corrected using a double-milling cutter to achieve an enhanced sealing effect. This process ensures that the combination of the side strip and the plate is more precise, thereby improving both the integrity and aesthetic appearance.
• Gluing–Using a special structure, the sealing plate is bonded to both sides of the side flag to ensure stronger adhesion.
• End Trimming–Through precision linear steering movement, automatic mold tracking and high frequency high-speed motor fast cutting structure to ensure smooth cutting surface.
• Fine Trimming–Automatic mold tracking and high-frequency high-speed motor structure are adopted to ensure the flatness of the upper and lower parts of the cutting plate. It is used to repair excess material up and down strip processing plates. The finishing tool is R-shaped drill, mainly used for PVC and acrylic strips of panel furniture, preferably with a thickness of 0.8mm or more.
• Scraping–It is used to eliminate the ripple marks generated by the nonlinear movement of the cutting edge during the cutting process, so that the upper and lower parts of the plate are smoother and more tidy.
• Buffing–Clean the finished panel with a cotton polishing wheel, and polish the side end face smooth.
• Slotting–It is used for the direct slotting of the side panel and the bottom plate of the wardrobe, which is more convenient and fast, and reduces the sawing process of the panel. It can also be used for the grooving of the aluminum edge of the door panel.
