The CO2 laser cutting machine uses CO2 gas as the working medium. Through the high-voltage electric field excitation, the gas produces stimulated radiation and outputs a high-energy laser beam for cutting.
During cutting, the laser beam energy is highly concentrated, and the surface temperature of the material is quickly raised to the melting point or even the boiling point, so that the material is instantly melted, vaporized and blown away by the high-pressure gas to complete the cutting process. The cutting surface of the equipment is smooth and flat, and the heat-affected area is extremely small, which can effectively reduce material deformation and achieve excellent cutting quality.
