Reinforced machine body

Plate welding machine body, using up to 10mm thickness strengthen steel

Processed by heat treatment and annealing procedule, this can insure the machine body being used for 20 years and no deformation.

In order to reduce damage of the work bed during cutting, we add 4 slings between the work bed, doubled the service time of the whole machine.

Aviation aluminum beam

Using 4300 tons of press extrusion molding, it is manufactured to aerospace standards.

Its strength can be increased to 6061 T6, which is the strongest of all gantries after aging.

Aviation aluminum has many advantages, including good toughness, light weight, corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation, and low density, as well as speeding up processing.

High precision tranmission system

Applied with Japan servomotor and reducer, Taiwan linear guide rail and gear rack. 

Strict assamble procedure to make sure ±0.02mm reposition accuracy.

Auto focus laser cutting head

Excellent design: Optimized optical configuration and smooth and efficient airflow design significantly improve cutting quality and efficiency;

Auto focus: Automatic focusing, reducing human intervention, automatic focusing range -12~+10mm, focusing accuracy 0.05mm;

Multiple protective lenses: Collimation adds protective lenses to effectively protect the collimating lenses;

Drawer mounts: Quick and easy replacement of protective lenses;

High adaptability: It has a variety of optical fiber interfaces such as QBH and QD, which can be adapted to various mainstream lasers.
